Teams from public, private, charter, and homeschools (also friends & family groups) across Utah will face off in rounds of questions about America’s Founding documents: the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

How To Participate

FIRST: Form your team of 4 members. No more, no less.

SECOND: Register with the form below and send a registration fee of $5 per person.

THIRD: Read and study using our study guides.

FOURTH: Meet at the Utah State Capitol for the competition.

Elementary School

Team members should be in Grades 4-6 (or age equivalent)

FIRST PLACE TEAM receives $100 cash + trophies
SECOND PLACE TEAM receives $50 cash + trophies
THIRD PLACE TEAM receives $20 cash + trophies
Fourth, Fifth & Sixth Place Teams receive medals

Junior High School

Team members should be in Grades 7-9 (or age equivalent)

FIRST PLACE TEAM receives $500 cash + trophies
SECOND PLACE TEAM receives $250 cash + trophies
THIRD PLACE TEAM receives $100 cash + trophies
Fourth, Fifth & Sixth Place Teams receive medals

High School

Team members should be in Grades 10-12 (or age equivalent)

FIRST PLACE TEAM receives $500 cash + trophies
SECOND PLACE TEAM receives $250 cash + trophies
